If the certificate has been lost, stolen or spoiled, one need not retake the exam, since it is possible to apply for a duplicate. To apply for a duplicate, the corresponding application must be submitted to the National Examination and Qualification Centre. The application form is available on the National Examination and Qualification Centre website and from Centre’s offices and contact points.
The National Examination and Qualification Centre will issue a duplicate within 30 days of the submission of the application.
