If the certificate has been lost, stolen or spoiled, it is possible to apply for a duplicate. To apply for a duplicate, the corresponding application must be submitted to the National Examination and Qualification Centre. The application must contain the reason for applying for the duplicate, the personal data of the applicant and the time of taking the exam.
The National Examination and Qualification Centre will issue a duplicate within 30 days of the submission of the application.
