The National Examinations and Qualifications Centre
began its activities on 1 January 1997. The Examination Centre is a governmental body administered by the Ministry of Education and Research. Its main objective is to implement the national education and language policy in the field of primary, basic and secondary education as well as in vocational and adult education.

The information desk is open every working day from 9am – 5pm. The closest bus stop to the Examination Centre is Dvigateli, which can be reached by bus no. 15 from the Viru Centre terminal in central Tallinn or by bus no. 7 from the direction of Lasnamäe. For bus schedule click here
